How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the country of destination. Typically, delivery is between 6-10 business days. Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure, these delays can be between 4-6 weeks except for Brazil, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands, which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.

Can I track my order?

We'll send you an email with all tracking informations when your purchase be processed.
If you have not received this email, we can resend it to the original email address supplied.

Alternatively, for us to send it to another email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to validate your identity.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to allow up to two weeks for delivery even though an order may be delivered in quicker time.

If after two weeks, you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service at hello@bannanna.com.br.

Bannanna reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary although we will try to adhere to your chosen method.

Unless informed otherwise by a Bannanna representative, your order may be left in your mailbox or at the doorstep of the shipping address.

Please be advised that if you choose an expedited shipping method, your order still has to process through fulfillment.

The expedited service starts at the time your package is shipped. If a delivery is refused by the customer without prior authorization from, a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund.

Risk of Loss

Merchandise will be shipped to the address you provide via the shipping method you designate at checkout, and all sales are made pursuant to a shipment contract, such that the risk of loss and title for all purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

International shipments are subject to customs withholding (from Brazil and / or the destination country) for content verification and / or application of taxes / fees in accordance with local law.

Any delays arising from this specific type of procedure were not considered within the time limits presented here.

In case of issuance of DUE-Single Export Declaration by ECT, the deadline must be increased by 1 more business day.

In some cases the product may be withheld at your local customs until you pay any fees and taxes from your country, sometimes you`ll need to sign your package in order to receive your products.

We do not refund payments in case of misplacement or customs hold.
